A. Robert Outlaw, Jr. - CEO - formally owned Marshall Biscuits, who bought China Doll in 2005. The biscuit part of the business was sold in 2007 and the Marshall Biscuit name was changed to China Doll Rice and Beans, Inc.
Harris V. Morrissette - President - also came from the Marshall Biscuit organization.
Gerald E. Baggett - Vice President, Sales - started with China Doll in 1972 as a salesman and has worked for the company ever since.
Wendy Walters - Financial Controller - started with the company in 2007.
Deprest Turner - Plant Manager - started with the company in 1982 as a production worker and has worked his way up to manage all operations.
