- 4 cups crumbled Dixie Lily Cornbread
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, sauté onion and celery in butter until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine cornbread, sautéed veggies, broth, eggs, and seasoning.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
