  • 4 cups crumbled Dixie Lily Cornbread
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, sauté onion and celery in butter until tender.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cornbread, sautéed veggies, broth, eggs, and seasoning.
  4. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
