  • 1 cup Dixie Lily Cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour• ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a muffin tin or grease well.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, egg, and oil.
  3. Stir wet into dry. Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
  4. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
