- 1 cup Dixie Lily Cornmeal
- 1 cup flour• ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a muffin tin or grease well.
- Mix all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, egg, and oil.
- Stir wet into dry. Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
