  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  2. Add beans, broth, tomatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, simmer 20–25 min to blend flavors.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
