- 1 cup Dixie Lily grits
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 stick (½ cup) butter, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
- Dash Tabasco & Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Cook grits in water with salt per package directions.
- Stir in butter, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, Tabasco, and Worcestershire.
- Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350°F for 40–60 min until set.
