  • 1 cup Dixie Lily grits
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter, softened
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • Dash Tabasco & Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook grits in water with salt per package directions.
  2. Stir in butter, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, Tabasco, and Worcestershire.
  3. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350°F for 40–60 min until set.
