- 1 cup Dixie Lily Cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup oil
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease baking pan.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour into pan and bake 25–30 minutes or until set and golden.
