- 1 cup Dixie Lily Cornmeal
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a baking dish.
- Cook cornmeal and milk in a saucepan until thick. Remove from heat.
- Stir in butter, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Add egg yolks.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
- Pour into dish and bake 30–35 minutes.
